Guided Learning Centres (GLC)
Our GLCs focus on child rights education. In 2020-2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our centers faced operational challenges. However, we continued to provide guidance and support to children, emphasizing COVID-19 safety measures. Our child protection initiative in the Kodaikanal area is expressed not only with CPC members but also with SHG(Self Help Group) members. It helped around 120 children across five villages.

Children’s Clubs
We operate 7 children’s clubs, promoting child protection and rights awareness. Despite pandemic disruptions, we reached over 120 children in 5 villages through one-on-one COVID awareness programs and continued discussions on child protection issues.

Loving Children Home
Our children’s home provides shelter and education to orphaned and underprivileged children. In 2021-2022, we admitted 25 boys and commenced school operations on November 1st. Ongoing renovations and maintenance work continue to improve living conditions. Admissions for students from villages like Pattiakad, Karuvelampatti, and Kadasikadu were in progress alongside COVID-19 relief provision distribution.

Thamaraikulam Day Care Centre
This center supports early childhood education for Palian tribal communities. We provide food, nutritious snacks, and educational support to 13-15 children aged 2-5 years from 53 families. Six visits were made to support the Balwadi daycare center for early childhood education. The center, supported by the Geneva International team, provided food and nutritious snacks to 13-15 children aged 2-5 years from 53 Palian tribal families. COVID relief materials were distributed to these families and 39 families in the neighboring Palamalai Paliar village.
